Don’t know what it’s like were you lot work at Christmas, but where I work they hold a raffle every year and all the drinks and other exciting goodies sent into us by suppliers is raffled off to the workers, oh it’s so exciting, this year I was lucky enough to win a lovely Makita fleece . . . oh can’t wait to try it on and wear it when I go out in the cold . .  yeah as if I really am….

Thankfully my Line Manager kindly bought me and the rest of our team a bottle of spirits each, which probably ended up costing her about £80, now imagine if our employer had done that for all the employee’s, 70 x £20 = £1400 . . now what’s £1400 to a company that can afford to buy its Chairman and MD a BMW & a Porshce as company cars, not alot I’d imagine, fcuk me when I worked for the post office at least they gave you a £10 worth of stamps, a box of biscuits and a bottle of Wine, they did’nt raffle off freddbies to there employees. . but hey I should’nt complain as last year all I got was a manicure set . .
