Not really commented much on here about what goes on in the real world, but suppose now’s as good a time as any.

Just been listening to the news on the radio and the Police have been granted further time to question the suspects in the Ipswitch Prostitute Murders, they’ve now arrested 2 men with regards to them possibly being the prime suspects, thing about this what worries me is that there is so much tabloid coverage about these 2 guy’s… what if it turns out they are’nt involved in the murders, they’ve had there life stories spread across every breakfast table in Britain, they’ve be analysed, dissected and literally found guilty by the press, theres also the worry that if it is them, trying to find someone in the UK who has’nt already read about them is going to be near impossible, so there’s chance of getting an impartial jury.

With major news event’s like murders, rapes etc there should be some form of blocking tabloids printing stuff like this to prevent people who may be innocent being pillaried by the papers, or if there guilty prevent there cases being tried in the papers for tabloid gratification.
