From my manager regarding the incident on Friday at work, we’re having a meeting tomorrow to discuss it, I’m presuming we’ll both be given an opportunity to give our account of the event and the events leading up to it.
After that we’ll just have to wait and see what happens, knowing our luck, our MD will try to detract from the original issue by bringing up other issues he’s not happy with, so we’ll only just end up getting told off for something else, but at least now I’m keeping detailed records of any and all events/issues that occur, which will hopefully be of use should the need arise for me to leave the company and should I wish to take it further.
Will just have to wait and see I suppose.
