Apparently BBC Manchester are now reporting this burst water main, but alas they can’t even get the name of the road right, they called it Joseph Gleabe Road, theres no such road, they’ve mixed up the name of the company next door Joseph Gleave (they even spelt that wrong) with the name of the road (Chester Road).

Though they have reported on the areas effected by the mains burst and these are Stretford, Altrincham, Sale, Timperley, Fallowfield, Worsley, Walkden and Eccles, so it looks like alot of people are going to go without there morning coffee and showers/baths and anything else they might use for water.
