So there I am sat in the main Office when I start to notice a sort of beeping sound emanating from the 1st Floor Reception area of our building, thinking it’s maybe the painter & decorators setting off a Fire Alarm sensor with the fumes from there paint, so I go investigate and can’t see anything wrong on the Fire Panel, anyways while I’m rechecking the Panel I start to hear the sound of someone calling out for help . .

At first I can’t figure out where it’s coming from so everytime I hear the voice scream for help I begin to narrow down the area its coming from . . until finally I trace it to the Lift shaft, seems one of the Painters has only gone and got himself stuck in the lift between floor’s luckily for him it was just above the 2nd floor level, so with the assistance of a Key to open the lift doors we managed to get him out with no psychical injuires, though he’s commented he won’t be using our lift for a while and worries about flash back’s . . for fcuks sake it’s not as if he was in the Towering Inferno or something . .

Anyway lucky for him we had the key otherwise he could have been stuck in there all afternoon 🙂
