Ohhhh not feeling well at all today, Mel ordered me a Chinese last night anf its gone right through me, probably not the best thing to share with the adoring public, but I feel chronic and could do with some sympathy, think I managed a full 2 hrs sleep last night, rest of the time I was sat on the porcelain throne wishing I’d never had a chinese in the first place . .  did’nt much fancy work this morning and dont fancy anyhting else to eat tbh, gonna go back to bed and try and get some more fluids in me to try and flush the whole experience away 🙁
