That muscle I pulled/strained last Tuesday is raising its ugly painful head again, ended up booking 1/2 a day off work today, just to come home and lie down so I didnt have to move, also booked an appointment at the Doctors for 4:15pm.

Obviously looking at the time I’ve already been and he’s informed me it the Thoracic muscle I think he said, its strained/inflamed and he’s upped the strength of my co-codamol to 30mg/500mg, just hoping this will sort the pain out a bit and actually let me get some sleep tonight.

In other news seems my video of the warehouse fire is dragging loads of you to this website, well hope you like what you see, if you don’t never mind there’s always some porn elsewhere on the Internet to look at if your real bored.

So I’ve just taken my first 2 tabs of the col-codamol, just waiting for it to kick in and the apparent drowsiness that acompanies it, once that happens I’m going to try and get some sleep
