This is why I hate the . . .

Trafford Centre, just way way way to many people bustling about shopping till they drop

I filmed this one Saturday in there while waiting for Mel to finish her shopping.

All these people spending there Saturdays running round shops buying stuff they dont really need, but are made to think they need it by the mass advertising and playing to peoples fears that if they dont own one of those there some how inferior to everyone else, consumerism at its height, thats what the Trafford Centre is

Watching back this footage I saw quite a mad thing for the Trafford Centre (or maybe its not), kept seeing a set of girls walking around in coloured Tu-Tu’s and at first thought I was seeing things, but they appeared again and realised there really were people in there in fluorescent Tu-Tu’s mixing with the Shopper on saturday . .  weird place indeed

  1. I think I know what you mean… So often I am wondering about the same when I watching people go c razy in shops.

  2. Thxs for the p[ostive comment Turfin, well I thinks it a positive . .

Its a global pandemic Rob, coming to a shopping centre near you

  3. The Trafford Centre is Hell on Earth when it’s packed. I hate the place too. Sadly, though, I end upo visiting it more times than I would like – thanks to the missus

  4. Yeah those things called Missus are nothing but trouble, there you are watching TV, relaxing not having a care in the world and then they appear as if by magic and insist that you give up your leisurely Saturday to take them shopping . . one day we will have our Saturays to ourselves, I know not when but I feel it will happen
