Don’t know if anyone’s ever seen that movie, but it’s as the titles describes about King George’s decent into madness brought about by lead poisoning if memory recalls correctly, well I’m considering making a follow up to it called . .

“The Madness of my MD”

As you’ll recall from previous post’s my MD has a thing about noise and how it effects the workplace, firstly it was the phones in the office being to loud and not being all at the same ring noise level, then a few weeks later it was the Security Key Fob Readers, all being again at different sound levels and of different tones . . . . today it seems the doors within the building, particularly the office close to loudly !

So we now have a gentleman wondering round the office opening and closing doors to see which one is louder then the other, once he’s worked it out he’s going to start messing with the doors automatic closer mechanishm to try and reduce the speed at which the door close’s thus allowing a bit of a quieter closing noise.

What next I wonder ? perhaps employees breathing level’s will be monitored and those deemed to loud when breathing will be provided with some sort of mouth baffle to reduce the noise and maybe even kill them outright
