Well its the time of year when I defer my student loan, so here I am trying to fax the thing across and every number they SLC have given me does’nt work, so I’ve been sat on the phone for the past 15 minutes on hold waiting for someone to speak to me and give me another fax number . .  so if you times that by 3 (which is the number of times I’ve rang for a fax number) I’ve so far wasted 45 mins of my life trying to get a fax number

Well someone’s answered and given me a fax number and guess what thats not working either . .  so here I am sat on the phone yet again . .  how long is this going to take I wonder ?
