It would appear that some in the office got there contracts yesterday, while others are getting theres today, due to this the rumour mill is in full swing, everyone’s telling each other whats in there contracts and so far the ones that I’m concerned about are :
1. You have to give 2 months notice if you decide to leave.
2. Work’s premises are now non-smoking, does this mean I can no-longer smoke in my car ?
3. You have to give 1 months notice if you wish to take 3 or more days holiday off work.
4. Overtime is now 1.1/4 wage rather then 1.1/2 wage.
5. Apparently theres a bit about working outside of office hours being expected of us all.

Just got to wait and see now I suppose, will keep you posted.
