I should have taken heed of that red sky this morning, as this evening had bit of a disagreement with someone about them shouting/raising there voice at me, told them I did’nt like that and they as usual just turned the conversation around and turned into something else, tbh just think that was an excuse to say why they had a right to shout/raise there voice at me.

I feel quite stressed by this, but also happy as it was time I said something as it seems to be happening alot with this particular person, but I’ve always kept stumm and taken it meekly, but I just thought what the hell it can’t be any worse if I say something . . so I did and I do actually feel much better for it , here’s hoping I can continue to stand up for myself when it comes to this person.

When I got home told Mel about it and she thinks it’s a good thing as now this person might realise that hey people do have feelings and might realise they can’t continue to be like this with me, hey even if someone’s wrong or right there’s still no reason to raise their voice/shout at that person, so at the very least I got Mel backing me up and I got my dog Blue to cheer me up when I get home, Blue the best medicine when you’ve had a bad day 🙂
