Went and got Ash’s birthday present last night, had to got into town to pick it up, bloody nightmare journey, forgot Man Utd were playing at home so Chester Road was like a circus for about 2 hrs full of the mingling idiots they call fan’s, think a lot of them must have had death wishes as they kept running across the road in front of oncoming traffic with no care about themselves or the poor drivers who had to break suddenly because of there stupidity. Took me nearly 45 mins to get from Stretford to Deansgate and most of that was in the bit between Gorsehill and Old Trafford, was worse on the way back, took me nrly an hour due to the traffic backing up to just before Castlefields.

I think Man Utd should invest in a Park and Ride outside of town and provide buse’s for fans to the ground or maybe get a Tram Service nearby, would save wear and tear on Chester Road, cut down the pollution and probably speed up the traffic . .

Anyway back to Ash’s present, as said picked it up last night and it looks wicked, I’m getting it framed today and then gift wrapped and will stick it in me boot for safe-keeping and out of prying eyes, I’m very impressed with the quality of the print work that Service Point carried out when they did this for me, I’ve got another copy of it to pick up tomorrow from Altrinham, which also needs framing, so let hope the traffic is’nt to bd tomorrow either.
