Wooooohoooooooooo !!!!

Seems Lambeth council have now agreed that it wasn’t my car Parked in a Restricted Street during prescribed hours any more and it was I as I informed them initially a car with a cloned number plate, however they won’t give me details of the Car it was on, but they have advised me to contact the DVLA and inform them of this . . . . to be honest its the first thing I did when I got the Penalty notice from Lambeth Council . .

Well that’s certainly lifted a wait off my mind, was worried I was going to be forced to pay a £140 fine for something I didn’t do, I’ve gotten off pretty lucky as I’ve read horror stories on the net of people amassing £1000’s of pounds worth of Parking tickets due to there cars being cloned and having to pay these fines or alternatively having to have there cars re-registered, so I’ll be keeping an eye on my post to see if any more fines/congestion charges start appearing
