My Ipod’s died again 🙁

This is my 6-7th Ipod now and I should have realised by now that there aload of crap, but even after replacing my Ipod 6-7 times I’m still drawn to them, so I decided to ring the Apple Ipod Help line, thinking I’d be talking to some technical bod at Apple, but instead I end up chatting for 1/2 hr to some lady in Mombai, who just repeated everything she had on her little computer screen, anyway after 45min’s she finally agreed with me that everything she had tried, I’d already tried before ringing her and said that they would send out an Apple care box for me to send it back to them to repair, this I was not happy with and asked could I not instead return it to an Apple Store instead, they said yes I could, so after arranging an appointment at the Genius Bar in the Trafford Centres Apple Store I should know after 7.30pm whether I’ll be getting another replacment Ipod or just biting the bullet and getting this one repaired.
