at least 8.25am or I will have to write out 1000 lines . . or thats how it feels.
On Monday my boss the owner of the company I worked for let me know that he was a little upset that I’d been arriving at work at about 8.20am – 8.25am and that I was’nt sat at my desk before 8.30am . . . now correct me if I’m wrong, but my actual contract states that I work from 8.30am to 5.00pm, so unless I start getting paid from before 8.30am I aint going to sit at my desk until 8.30am.

This may appear that I’m being petty about this, however I’m not, if the truth be known I previously was quite happy to be sat at my desk before 8.30am, however it soon became apparent that when I did sit at my desk before 8.30am people started asking me to do job’s,check there pc’s etc etc, now if I dont get paid before 8.30am why do they expect me to sit at my desk 5-10 minutes before and then work for free.

So I can either say pay me for the work I do before 8.30am or don’t expect me to sit at my desk till 8.30am.
