After spending months arguing the toss with www.cheapnames.co.uk about how they won’t enable the xml-rpc.php file in wordpress and getting absolutely nowhere, I’ve taken the plunge and moved my blog to GoDaddy, where finally I can start using the Jetpack plugin, post from my flickr account and finally post from my mobile devices without messing around trying to find a workaround.

Must admit it was a little daunting at first, due to the fact I had to migrate my WordPress MySql Database from Cheapnames to GoDaddy, something I’ve never even attempted before, but thankfully due to the power of google I managed to find a couple of walk throughs that showed me how to do it, though it did take about 5 attempts before it was succesful.

Still not 100% sure everythings working, but it seems to be, so if anyone spots any issues with the website, please feel free to let me know and I’ll endevour to resolve them as soon as I can and as soon as I’ve googled the answer 🙂
