Well after picking Ash and his little Rottweiler pup Chi Chi we headed off to Southport, took us about 1.5hrs to get there, but was a fairly pleasant drive and Blue certainly enjoyed sticking her head out of the window and having the wind blast her floppy chops about.

Once we got there took us a while to find a beach that allowed dogs on it, but finally we found a beach next to the Pontins site and parked up, well once we were out of the car Blue and Chi Chi made a dash for the sea, which just happened to be about 700 yards away from where we’d parked, so was pretty knackered by the time we got there . .

This was Chi Chi’s first visit to the seaside and she throughly enjoyed it by the looks of her, are’nt sure if Blue’s been to the beach before, but she seemed to be having a fairly good time to, slavouring everywhere she could, both of the girls got to meet some Kite Surfers who fell in lvoe with the pair of the them, though Chi Chi being the pup got the most attention from the girl Kite Surfers, anyway after tiring the pair of them out we headed into the town centre and settled down outside the Slug and Lettuce Pub/Bar and chilled out with a rather large Burger and a pint of Kronenburg Blanc . . though most of my burger ended up in the girls as there sad little eyes kept saying gimme some, so I did.
