1’ve finally found a workaround that actually works. all i had to do was to append a few lines of codes to the .htaccess file:

<files xmlrpc.php>
SecFilterInheritance Off
</files>

as you can probably see, this turns off any filtering of files named xmlrpc.php by your host provider at the outset. so far it has worked like a charm for me. if it doesn’t for you, try other options such as:
