Nice to see that FedEx are still on the ball, 5 days after I tweeted every FedEx Twitter Account I could find one of them replies and asks how they can help.
Obviously I vented my spleen at them . . .
They apologised for the inconvenience and then went on to tell me that it must have been sent on a Standby Service (much like the guy Steve said a few days before), so if its being sent by a Standby Service why the fcuk list it as FedEx International Economy on the tracking page and give an estimated del date of the 23rd/24th May then . . .

Don’t see anything in that description about items taking more than 10 days to be delivered (or in my case if the new estimated del date is to be believed 17 days
So why say its FedEx International Economy, when it so obviously isn’t . .
