I’ve been to the Dentist now and they’ve told me it’s not toothache, it’s most likely Sinusitis which is inflammation of the sinuses, they’ve deduced this from the fact I’ve recently been suffering with cold/flu like symptoms i.e. snotty/runny nose etc, they’ve recommended strong painkillers and if it doesnt clear up by the end of the week to visit my Doctor, so it looks like Ibuprofen all the way until then.All I can say about that is I’ve had about 4 Ibuprofen now and it’s still throbbing like Russell Brands crutch in a all girls school . . .

Going to go to bed for a while now and try and catch up on the lack of sleep from last night
