Got another letter from Lambeth Council today regarding the Parking ticket my car supposedly got while it was parked in my place of work, even though I sent them a detailed letter from my Manager explaining I was actually at work, I even sent them a copy of the Key Card Log which shows me entering and exiting our building at various times during the day, thus proving I wasn’t in London a the time, however I suppose this doesn’t prove my car wasn’t, but if my car was in Lambeth, how the fuck did I get into work.

Anyway there 2nd letter has informed me:

“Any representations or Appeals made by you have been rejected and payment at a higher amount is now due”

So now there demanding £140 pound and if I don’t pay it within 14 days action will be taken and it will be registered at the County Court and a warrant will be issued to bailiffs to recover the debt, which will incur further charges.

Now this has pissed me off something rotten, so tomorrow morning I will be spending quite a long time on the phone with Lambeth council informing them that I want all details relating to this supposed ticket being issued and if they don’t provide me with it, I will be contacting a solicitor and if they decide to set bailiffs on me I will then consider suing them . .
