Well the vet’s checked Blue’s leg over and she’s not done any major damage to herself, but he did say her knee joint seems a little inflamed so he’s prescribed her 5 day’s of anti-inflammatory drugs, he’s also given us some fluid for cleaning her ears out as she’s getting a bit of a build up of earwax, which explained why she seemed to be shaking her head a lot and and scratching her ears, where to use the ear fluid once a week and this will help prevent the build up of wax (big dogs are renowned for getting lots of earwax so nothing to worry about there then).

While we were there we had her chipped as well, just in case she ever get’s lost, it also means she can come on holiday with us on a Pet Passport.

Anyway she’s home now and she’s feeling fine and probably quite hungry so best go get her fed before she starts dribbling everywhere.
