Blue stopped eating . .  she seemed to go right off her food, at first we thought it might just the stress of a 6hr car drive, but she seems to have brought it back home with her, she’s only eaten 1/2 of what she normally manages to put away, so we thought it best to get her checked out at the vet’s.

This morning we took her for some blood work which we got the results for this afternoon, all the tests they carried out on it came back negative, so there’s no infection in her blood, now we’ve got to some how get a urine sample out of her, which is going to be a task in itself, have you ever tried getting a 7.5stone mastiff to sit still long enough for you to sneak up behind her and somehow make her pee into a container . . .

Anyway in the meantime the vets going to give her a course of antibiotics just incase and worm her and see if that helps the situation at all, at the moment she’s looking very sorry for herself sat on the sofa, just hoping its nothing to serious and she bounces back to her usual self.
