Still awaiting Tesco’s Response to our Pet Insurance Claim for Blues Operation . .

Well after not hearing from/being contacted by Tesco’s Pet Insurance this morning, I took to twitter again and contacted them via their twitter page, after about 10-15 minutes I got a response telling me that they had seen I had tweeted that I was awaiting a response from them, they then tweeted they were awaiting a message from me to say when it would be ok for them to call me, I obviously responded that they could contact me right this very minute, though it was about 30-40 minutes before I received a response and this was not a call but an email from the “Executive Complaints Specialist”  at Royal Sun Alliance who I presume underwrite Tesco’s various Insurance packages, he’s informed me that he’s still waiting to hear from our Surgeon at NorthWest Surgeons .

The Surgeon is presently performing emergency spinal surgery and cannot be disturbed, which I fully understand and appreciate, so we are again left waiting and in limbo, with just 4 days to go to Blue’s operation.
