It seem’s since I’ve taken the Champix, I’ve been screaming and shouting in my sleep, something which is starting to be noticed by my better half Melanie, she’s unsure what exactly I’ve been screaming and shouting about, but its certainly loud enough to wake her up.

This evening I shall with the aid of the SleepTalk app on my iPhone/iPad attempt to record my night-time musings/screams/shouts and hopefully they shall be discernible  enough to understand wtf is going on in my dreams.

I can’t honestly remember the last time I spoke in my sleep or should I say the last time Melanie told me I sleep talked, hopefully it will be something interesting I can share on here.
