and I’m already getting into weekend mode, it’s amazing how fast a week at work goes when your MD’s not in the office, but I shouldn’t speak ill of him as he took me and Tony into his Office on Monday and thanked us for a job well done last week when we had the problems with the servers and the other systems due to the power surge, sort of gave us a pat on the back and told us that we’d be getting our overtime and a little bit more, something to do with working well under a crisis and all that.

Now where was I ? Oh yes the weekend’s nearly here and it’s looking to be a fairly packed weekend to be honest, for a start where going to Chorlton Park Festival on Saturday to watch some live bands and other festively stuff, there’s food stalls, Art Performers, Skate Coaching a Football tournament and the real reason where going a RSPCA Fun Dog Show, where going to enter Blue and see if she can carry on her winning streak and maybe get a few more rosettes 🙂

Hopefully Nicola will be coming down and joining us, she seemed interested last weekend when we mentioned it and all the support we can muster for Blue will of cause help her win (As if), anyway if Nicola makes it over, we’ve said that she can stay the night and we’ll all head for a bit of a Beach Combing expedition over at Ainsdale beach or something.

While I’m on about friends should really say hi to Jamie as he’s mentioned he reads the Blog and enjoys it, I’ve suggested he should start one and then there will be 2 Ex-weighton pats on the net, so come on Jamie get ya finger our and ask me how to go about setting one up . . .
