The MD grabbed me and a colleague this morning to discuss a job he set us in March that we had’nt completed, well we had completed most of it, but as is always the case as soon as you start one job another one takes precedent, but we’ve now been told (or I’ve been told) this one takes precedent over all others, that is till the next job comes up no doubt.

That’s what I love about working here, no structure, your given one job and while your attempting to do that, someone else gives you another job, you’d think that people would approach my manager and tell her the jobs that they wish our dept to complete, that’s why they do with the other depts, but with our dept they just expect/presume that there job is more important then anyone else’s, it drives me crazy to be honest, you just don’t know whether your coming or going.

It’s at times like this I really really need another job, something where your days fairly structured instead of haphazard, but that’s just a dream at the moment, so for the meantime I’ll just have to plod on with this here’s a job, here’s another job attitude they have here.
