Next Sunday (6th September) a friend of mine Paul Crisp will be part of a team of riders from the Eurofighter Typhoon programme at BAE Systems in Warton setting that are taking on a 165 mile cycle ride from Warton to RAF Coningsby in Lincolnshire, which is the main operating base of the Typhoon. There route will take them through Manchester and across the Pennines with an overnight stay in Chesterfield before they attempt the  second and final leg of the ride which will culminate with them arriving sometime on Monday afternoon in  Coningsby.
