or 108 days since I quit smoking , definitely feeling better for it, both in pocket and in health.
There have been the odd moments of work related stress or friend’s related stress which have nearly made me reach for my wallet and go buy a packet, but I’ve resisted and kept strong.
The only bad thing so far about quitting smoking, is my increased appetite, instead of reaching for ciggy’s, i’ve been reaching for snacks instead, which has increased my waistline dramatically, so now I need to try and quit the increased snacking that’s replaced the smoking.
So anyone got any recommendations for a good diet plan 🙂
